How will we handle a reservation that comes in with a 1st choice of: (5) five consecutive days at a site for any time during July 15th -30th and if the reservation request comes in on March 15th for July 15th?

It depends on when the reservation comes in and if there is more than just one choice and what is available. The reservation request would be held and checked for 10 days. If we are unable to fill the request it will be returned. If a reservation request comes in on March 15th for July15th; we will check for a five day opening from July 15th to the 20th.

If there are no available accommodations for those dates, we would hold it and check for 5 day reservation opening on each of the following 10 days.

If there are no available reservation accommodations; the reservation request will be returned on the July 25th.
